In July 2003, Sai Taan started our first development with the purchase of some 8 rai, with a view to building 9 walled garden villas in a convenient location close to the main entrance of the Laguna 5 star resort complex.

As of December 2006, Sai Taan have completed 28 villas on approx 17 rai, achieving several important firsts in the process, including becoming the first foreign developer, in Phuket, to be granted a land development licence. Along the way we have earned a reputation with clients, contractors, and government officials for going the 'extra mile' to fulfill commitments we make.

In March 2006, Sai Taan launched Sai Taan Villas, a development based on our original philosophy of buying the land outright at the start of the project, and committing to the build out of all the infrastructure (roads, drainage, water supply, etc) to ensure 'peace of mind' for our clients. With phase 1 sold out in April 2007, phase 2 of Sai Taan Villas was launched in May '07 - see web page for details of which villas are still available.

Now in our fifth year of operation, Sai Taan Villas has been very well received and is recognized as one of the best selling developments on the island.
